✅ Student’s certified birth certificate,
✅ Immunization records,
✅ Proof of residence within the school district boundaries,
✅ The last report card or withdrawal form from the prior school district (if available),
✅ Your student’s Social Security Card (if available).

🎃 Join the Fun — Decorate a Trunk for Trunk or Treat! 🚗🍬
We’re looking for families to help make our Trunk or Treat extra festive this year! Join in by decorating a trunk and handing out treats.
Every participating trunk will receive a bucket of candy to distribute, but you’re welcome to bring additional candy or non-candy treats to share with our little trick-or-treaters.
It’s a fun, creative way to get involved and help make this event one our students will never forget! 🎃
