Herrington Elementary School 
During the secnod grade flex time, about 10 students have been working together with Mrs. Engstrom on regrouping with subtraction and addition. They were challenged with creating a set of problems that included either regrouping with addition or subtraction, solving that problem, and then checking the answer by doing the problem in reverse. This group then developed a board that included all of the sums and differences of the problems that they generated together. Lastly, students got to play the game that they had created by first drawing a set of cards and then coding Sphero Spark robots to the sum or difference of the problems they drew. Way to go guys!
